Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
Good points:
- very close to MS campus
- beautifull spacious layout for 2nd floor apt (avoid 1st floor!)
- beautifull landscape
Bad points:
- incredibly noisy. If you work late and need to sleep after 9 in the morning, AVOID THIS PLACE. If it's not the garbage truck, it's the leaves blower right under your window, or the geese at 6 AM. Or they repair something at 9 AM in the apt next to you.
- sometimes unhelpfull managers. I could not convince them that the toilet needs to be replaced. You can imagine the rest
- old, noisy, unreliable appliances
