Being new to the area, I took this apartment because it was available. You pay for the proximity to MS and the majority of the tenants are oversees workers and their extended families. Around town, it's called the MS barracks. The "lakes" are merely holes in the ground that allow ducks to congrugate and crap all over the sidewalks. There is also a complete disregard for putting trash in bins and the trash areas become stinky, rodent infested common areas. If your windows face one, it is truly unfortunate. The management recognizes this place for what it is: a storage facility for humans that work at MS. I leave so soon! I can't wait!

I used to live here in 2001 and some mexican family below used to love revving the crap out of their car every morning at 5am for about 30 minutes. One day they just 'vanished' I guess they were illegals
