Where do I begin' The maintenance is slim to none. I don't know if it's the crew or the wack-job answering the phone who doesn't relay the messages. I get the 6th degree every time I call the office and it's from the same CRAZY lady every time. The manager is really nice and understanding if you can ever reach her. The aparments are big and if you do want to live here, LIVE ON THE 2nd FLOOR! The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything upstairs. (Even the cats running across the room)As far as the "outdoor spa" it never works and the pools are always filled with ducks and poop. The lovely pond looks radio active because they die it floresent green. The windows and doors are not insulated so be sure to save for the electric bills. I would overall rate the Lakes very poor. If the aparments were cheap I would consider it, but $1129 is a little high considering what they have or don't have to offer. One good thing is that there is plenty of parking.
