Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002
 
The physical building is old and falling apart. You can hear everything your neighbors say, even at a whisper, because the walls are so thin. The courtyard is very nice and the location is great. Plenty of parking but cars are broken into constantly. The people are getting more scummy by the day and it's low-rider-vill now.
