Not worth it for the amount of money. The managment is rude. You have to stand on top of them to get anything fixed. Even then it takes weeks somtimes months. Bad plumbing. Pools are never working or are not matained when they are working. They threaten tenents with eviction if they have things out of there standerds then wont keep the propery up to tenents standerds for the amount of rent that is being paid. As far as lighting.i dont know were they get the word lamplighter becouse the all there lamps are burned out with no atempt to replace them.
