The managers are very greedy. They suck. Don't be fooled by their promotion. You will end up paying much high in the end. Read the agreement, agreement addendum, and other documents carefully before you sign them. But that is still not enough, they still have a lot of more tricks: move out checklist will ask you pay more penalty, you have to give them "intent to vacate" before xx th day of the month, otherwise you need to pay this month and next month rent.
