This apartment complex has a very high turnover - people usually move out before one year's stay. The reasons are many: high rent considering what you get, expensive water and sewer with no way of checking the number on the bill, very poor and almost non-existing maintenance, malfunctionng facilities, dirty hallways and stairways with hanging doors that won't close, ---- roach and ant problems, dirty pools, high staff turnover, and a totally unreasonable management.
