When I moved in I was promised what everyone else was promised.... An appartment where I could live and enjoy some decent grounds along with some nice amenties.
NONE OF THIS IS TRUE, let me explain how I got my money back. We all know these people suck and I personally do not want to waist time explaining what everyone else did a great job of doing. Instead I am going to tell you all what I did.
First off go to the Aimco (www.aimco.com) website, it used to say and hopefully still does say "if something is not fixed by the date we promised we will refund you your rent for each day". Now this notice may not still be on their site but don't worry there is more. I didn't stop there I called the CEO of Aimco and complained until he called me back. He told me to talk to Tammy Mackey at corporate.
I did that, she was nice and promised that I would not only be refunded all the problems would be taken care of. Well it didn't and I was continuelly compensated. But after my complaints continued she would not return my calls or e-mails. And once it was time to renew they wouldn't renew or give me a real reason why even though I was never late. Now I didn't wantr to renew but when my now current landlord wanted a refernce Lamplighter said they didn't p;ay all of their rents in full and said nothing else. When I asked why they would say that when I always paid my balence, Cherie (manager at the time) said you didn't you got discount b/c you complained.
People be carefull, they are horrible and they only lie which makes your life hell while you're there!

All these reviews sound like they were written by spoiled little kids, are there not any adults who have complainted this year? What is the current situation is it the same or have things changed? These reviews are over a year old! I want to live there now, can anyone tell me what it is like now?!?
