we just recently moved out from lamplighter park, we purchased a home. it is not a luxury community, you get what you pay, but it is not bad as other people say. i hate when i read comments like management are jerks, dumb, etc... pay on time and you won't get a notice, don't break rules and you will be fine. those people are there to enforce the rules, to collect money, don't be mad at them, they are just doing their job. i didn't get my deposit back. pretty simple, my cats scratched the door, painting, carpet cleaning, some touch up cleaning...it is in the lease that you will be charged if apt. not returned in a same condition as it was upon move in (besides normal wear nad tear). i liked staff over there, rob was always professional and nice, did some maintenance in my apartment (hey, he is the manager!!!), lila was nice too. and just to make it clear, NO, i do not work for aimco.
