Well this place isn't the worst, but far from the best. It's way overpriced. I never had a problem with car prowls like others, but hey,it happens, welcome to puget sound. They parking lots should be better lit, though. One *warning* .. make sure you view the EXACT unit you will be renting. I made the mistake of viewing a "model". The actual unit I got had bad permanent carpet stains, run down closet doors which should have been replaced, etc. I complained about the carpet and never got a response. However, I did renew the lease because it's eaiser not to move again. Otherwise the management is decent, but there's high turnover in management like a lot of places so you never know who you'll get. Maintenance people are decent. Upon moveout, the guy was for the most part fair. Also, watch out for the extra costs.. count on $40/mo more for water and garbage. A lot of places pay for W/S/G but they don't. Overall, it wasn't a bad place.. just overpriced. I paid $730/mo for a north-facing unit. I see they're charging more. It's a little on the ghetto side for that kind of money in Bellevue. I guess it's whatever the market will bear, but it's not worth the rent. $770 after w/s/g .. keep shopping around. And watch the fine print in the contracts.. $2500 to break the lease, make them try to rent it to someone else first before paying it. I give it a QUALIFIED yes recommendation, rent only if you've shopped around and use cuation.
