The lamplighter is defintly not all it's cracked up to be. I know people only want to comment on the bad things, but in this case there is not a whole lot of good to comment on. Yes the grounds are really nice and parking is fine the pools that are actually open are great. The apartment that was showed to us was really nice but when we got are apartment there were big red stains on the carpet, closet doors beat up and never fixed the kitchen was not properly cleaned and are balacony door didn't close all the way which after 3 months is finally fixed. Fridge leaks water, they repainted doors and removed door numbers and but them back on with duck tape. The leasing office is a joke and don't half the time know what their talking about constantly giving out in correct information. They charge for water and sewage monthly and don't up frontly tell you and tax it on to your rent every month, we pay between 840 and 870 monthly when are rent is only 808. I don't hate it here but if I could have moved yesterday I would have.
