The apartments seemed to be pretty simple, and since we were there only for a few months we didnt really care. However, the dishwasher stopped working in a few weeks, then the door hinge broke, and finally, the AC konked out. For all 3 incidents, the staff was slow and inefficient. The dishwasher never got fixed.
The worse and final stopper was when they stole all our furniture the day we moved out and then returned it back when we said we would take them to court. Yep!! I am not kidding one bit, I would'nt have written this review but for this last incident.
When we got the rental company to get our furniture they said they threw it because we were late by a couple of hours (on Sunday)after which it surprisingly turned up in their office.
The noise level and insulation was pretty bad. We could hear people going through domestics problems very often.
