Just an fyi from a former tenant: get on Becky (Manager) bad side in any way and she will resort to retailiation of any kind (even illegally). Chalissa is the best and such a sweetheart! Matt is a jerk! I was a victim and a former neighbor still is. Parking is extremely limited, neighbor friends hog open spots and sometimes reserved spots. Maintenance skills suck and takes 5 phone calls/reminders/call backs to get simple things done or redone. They will use your own towels to clean their mess or just leave it for you to do. One time, a worker crapped in my bathroom & didn't flush! One time, blood was left on the outlet cover and on the glass on my front door! Recalling all my work orders, I would've had about 25-30 in 3 years. I had a hornet and ant problem several times. The walls in the bathrooms are extremely thin so you can hear normal conversations and shower/bath water running. They advertise 2 pools (Forrent.com) yet they only have one...and they open the pool late and close it early each year. There is a huge problem w/kids running around like wild animals w/o any supervision. I witnessed a 1.5 yr old w/a bottle in their mouth walking in the apt streets w/o anyone monitoring them. I called the police on the parents.

i think you've got your own issues... I lived here and my experience was totally different. Sort out yourself and stop spewing crap
