Good price for Bellevue, they aren't fancy but they aren't crap either. Nice Crossroads neigbhorhood, with good access to bus lines, a park, and the mall nearby. Staff is nice, though of the 3 people routinely in the office only the head person seems to know the answer(s) to any questions you might have; whether she's made herself indispensible as a conscious effort, or the other two just really don't know (care') enough, I can't discern. Also there doesn't seem to be good communication between staff and maintenance/upgrade contractors: a notice to enter will say in 2 days time, then the contractors won't show up for 5 more days, surprising you (because that head person wasn't in the office when you called to find out what's going on, and the other 2 never seem to know what's going on). Still, overall I like this place despite those few annoyances...the neighborhood is nice and the price is right.
