Clean apts,management a bit heavy handed with tenants

Apartments are clean,current management is quick to fix anything that is broken,they do not allow any more than a barbecue and a couple of chairs on an open porch,some apts have enclosed porch and thus the tenant is free to put what they want on the porch. The apts now have full high speed cable internet access as well as cable tv. Management are good overall but can be heavy handed with how kids or teenagers act on the premises
