I lived there the first couple of years after it was built, and I have absolutely no idea what some of these other folks are complaining about. As far as I?m concerned, the apartment has 2 things wrong with it: you can?t get DSL, and it is expensive. Other than that, it is quite frankly wonderful. My apartment was large, had a large deck, which is a rarity around here, a wonderfully large bathroom, nice applicances, nice construction, and a good floorplan. Parking was a breeze, the garage is a little tight, but the outside parking is plentiful and accessible; easy to load/unload groceries or whatever at the main entrance. It is controlled access and in a nice neighborhood, I don?t think I ever lived anywhere where I felt so safe.


I?ve seen more than one comment about the walls being "too thin". Say what' This place was so quiet sometimes I wondered if anyone else was in the building! That may just depend on where you?re at, but this was the quietest apartment I?ve ever lived at out of about 10 I?ve lived in.


Is it expensive' Yes it is, because it is one of the nicest places in town! I just loved the place, I was sorry to leave it (got married and the place got a LOT smaller when she moved in!) and I might even move back to one of their bigger ones some day.


Even though the rent was high, this place was one of the only apartments where I actually felt like I was getting my money's worth.
