Poor management, price not justified.

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
There's a management office, but seems like there's never anyone in the office.
They just like to increase charges whenever they feel like it.
Initially the sewage was to be included with the rent, 4 months later, was included in the utility bill.
After this, all kinds of weird charges started to show up.
Called the billing company, was told the management added those in.
The units are ok.
Nothing to write home about.
Walls a very thin.
Can hear neighbors all the time.
Also, way too much traffic noise, even with all the windows shut.
For this price, you would expect a little more sound insulation in the walls.
In the summer time, units get way too hot.
It's like living in an oven the whole time.
The parking garage has some kind of problem with dust.
Looks like the concrete is flaking off.
Go in with a clean car, two days later, a whole layer of dust would cover the car.
