Are these apartments cheap' No, but that's not why you live here.
In the heart of Downtown Bellevue, Limestone is close to Bellevue Square (for the shopping) and Lincoln Square (for the cinemas and dining) and has very easy access to 405. Of course, if you're the public transit type, the Transit Center is just 4 blocks away. The building itself is quiet and clean, the neighbors are friendly (when you actually bump into one :-)), and the management is attentive without being intrusive. The apartments are spacious and laid out differently from anywhere else we looked, and your apartment includes an assigned spot in the secured parking garage (unlike many of the other DT Bellevue complexes which charge upwards of $100 per month). Storage, when available, is reasonably priced, especially when compared to commercial storage facilities.
When our lease was up, we decided to shop around at nearby complexes for a better deal, but there wasn't one, so we stayed for another year. We finally moved to a house just to accommodate a huge family visit, but we have spent the last year missing this apartment. Highly recommended.
