Pros:
-Location
-Top notch service from the manager (Peter)
-Underground Parking*(See below)
-Units are in good shape. The only thing I found wrong with mine was a few VERY minor paint nicks.
-Price per Sqft is reasonable considering the location
-Quiet! Of course if your neighbor is screaming you're going to hear them. Walking through the hall I can hear something if someones being fairly noisy but as soon as I shut my door, nothing.
-Respectful neighbors! Everyone has so far been fairly quiet except for one little one who likes to run down the hall, but I only hear that maybe once a day.
Cons:
-No dedicated visitor parking. There is dedicated retail parking but it's limited and 'at your own risk'.
-A majority of resident parking spots are compact spaces. This doesn't work for those of us with XL vehicles.
-Elevator isn't slow, but it definetly isn't fast. Top floor to bottom takes about 60 seconds if no one stops it.
