I recently moved out of Masins and was reading reviews for a new communities when I stumbled upon the Masins reviews. I just felt obligated to say that the people who are sounding off are obvious bitter about something (most likely their own lives) and the things they are saying are not only unfair but defaming.
Now I completely understand that everybody is entitled to their own opinion, but there is no such thing as a perfect building and Masins is definitely not perfect. At the same time, it is not bad at all. No, the building does not have any amenities such as a gym or party room, but I didn't care as I hate paying for amenities I never use any way. The parking is a little tight, but then again, what buildings garage isn't these days. The units definitely are not sound proof, but again, what building is' Even the new condo towers in downtown Bellevue are not sound proof. The rates are very competitive and the location is great.
For anybody reading reviews about Masins, you may want to take the negative ones with a grain of salt.
