please OVERLOOK these apartments

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
This place was much better a year ago. Now prices on rent, prices on covered parking and/or garage, the water bill (because they make US pay for the powerwashing that THEY have done every week!) have all gone up while the customer service and facilities have gone down.
Archstone is a huge company that owns thousands of rental housing in the West. So you would think that would at least keep prices low.
