I do NOT aproove of these apartments. Every time I turn around, I am very disappointed. They had me fill out an application to be on my roommate's lease, (which they told me that I didn't need to when I moved in, just as long as he took the financial responsibility and the rent was on time every month, which it has been every month!) That was 2 weeks ago, every time I call to see if the app. went through, they put me on hold for 15 min. then ask to call me back. Then dont. I need a parking spot so that's why I had to fill out the app. Don't they understand that they get $ for the spot if they just get on the ball and process the friggen thing'! (Little do they know, I have been using my dream spot for the last 2 months, FREE!!!) And to make matters worse...they desided to paint the buildings. Which started out a pretty white. Now it's several different colors...ranging from brown, green and a color that resembles poop. They also took it apon themselves to cover my car with plastic and tape so they don't get paint on it. That didn't work because they still got paint splatters on it and when I took off the tape, the tape took off the paint on my car! The management raised everyone's rent, and they spend it on all this ----'! rediculous! How about putting more insulation in the walls so that it's warmer in the winter and I don't hear my neighbor's very intimate momments'! Or how about fixing the old ass appliances in the apartment' My washer leaks H20. The maintence man came by the other day to look at something in my apartment that i was having trouble with and he just looked around and said that things were fine. Didnt' even look at the appliance. SO WHY DO I STILL SMELL MOLD WHICH I AM ALERGIC TO''''' also, at 8am they send out the landscapers and they mow the lawn. Do they NOT realize that PEOPLE ARE SLEEPING'!'! I CAN"T WAIT TO MOVE OUT!!!!!
