I've been a resident here for a little over 5 years and I too have seen 3 different management companies. I agree with some of the noise complaints espcially the pool during the summer. yeah i can hear my upstairs neighbor sometimes but DON'T YOU GUYS REMEMBER THAT WE LIVE IN AN APARTMENT!!! Go buy a house if you want it DEAD silent all of the time! my lease was up last month and yes my rent went up but SO HAS THE PRICE OF GAS and MILK and MOVIE TICKETS...do you guys seriously complain to all of those companies as well'''' yes i've seen the paint colors, they are bold but it's better than the dirty white primer color they've been for years. i've had good and bad experiences during my stay here but it still hasn't been enough to make me hate this place! in fact, i've seen more positive changes with this management than any of the other ones i've put up with.
