Take your time and find a better place for you and your family to live before settling for Overlook at Lakemont.

I have lived at the Overlook for the past two years and this place is HORRIBLE!!!!! The only attractive thing about these apartments is the Bellevue location and that's IT!!! The appliances in the apartments haven't been updated since the place was built. The apartments are set amongst the beautiful landscape and million dollar homes of cougar moutain, but they simply don't belong because they are GHETTO!!! For what you pay here in rent its NOT worth it...TRUST ME!!!!!!!!

Parking SUCKS!!!! There's NEVER enough parking. It's so bad that people actually have to park in the spaces that other people pay for or they park down on Village Park Dr. and risk having their vehicles broken into...that's horrible!!

The apartments have soooo much MOLD in them you can smell it!!!!!!!!

NOISE.....OMG!!! You can hear your neighbors all around you even when they are not talking loud so you can only imagine what its like when their televisions and stereos are on. You can hear the people all around you WALKING in their apartments. Also, you can hear your neighbors when they shower, use their bathroom fans, and use their washer and dryer like you are in the SAME room. We can actually smell the smoke from the people below us when they Bar-B-Que even when all of our windows are closed. These are the worst built apartments i've EVER lived in PERIOD!!!!! If you are like me and don't like noise and smelling your neighbors cooking DON'T RENT HERE!!!!

When it rains....LOOK OUT!!!! The ceilings here leak!!!! GOOD LUCK with getting maintenance to resolve the issue before your apartment starts to smell and mold starts growing. The management here doesn't have a clue and the maintenance people could care less!!!!!!!

I understand that these are apartments and certain things come along with apartment living, but this place needs to be torn down and re-built from the ground up. I have lived in SEVERAL different apartment communities and this by far is the WORST place i've EVER lived. If you are satisfied living in these apartments you must've grown up in a BARN or something.

DON'T RENT HERE!!!!! YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!!!!!

I also have mold and we have been fighting with them on this issue for months now. They say our apartment just smells like mold because we are on a bottom floor. I call BS on that one!

I am afraid I have to agree with the review. I have lived here for a year. The carpet was stained when I moved in and I have had it cleaned. The problem is the stains return within a month or so. I have tried everything to clean them, but nothing works. I was led to believe they provided that service when I was entertaining moving here. I was impressed that they cleaned the carpets, but after moving in I was told someone must have been mistaken. My own fault for not questioning them more thoroughly. The noise is horrible, there does not seem to be much insulation. I am sure my dog running through the apartment sounds like thunder to the neighbors downstairs. I am very disappointed with everything.

I have to agree with this review too. I lived there for a year and couldn't wait for my lease to end. The minute it did I was OUT OF THERE so fast I never looked back. Everything this review said is true. The mold, the parking, the staff, the cheapness of the place for the amount of money they charge is outrageous. If you WANT problems rent here. If not move on and find something else. What is so bad about the Overlook at Lakemont? Let me list the things: Parking, it is beyond horrible, it is a nightmare if you get home in the evening. We never left past 8 PM for fear there wouldn't be parking available when we returned. If you don't find parking by your own apartment you might have to park 5 minutes away and walk. That isn't so horrible to walk but at night it is unsafe.
