I have lived here for several years and I have seen the staff change a lot. I was talking to the property manager a few days ago and I felt bad that she and her staff were still being blamed for the problem that happened before Holland Residential took over(which was about a year or so ago)So, I told her I had some nice things to say.
I think the property looks great. This is not a new property and it takes a lot to keep it maintained. I see the staff out and about every day picking up trash and painting curbs. (Maybe the dumpster doors need to stay closed) These guys work hard!
I think the girls in the office have there plate full. I sat in the internet cafe and observed one day and there must have been fifteen people with fifteen different problems come in during the 2 hours I was there. I must say some of them were not pleasant people, but I saw the office girls being helpful and courteous and never got frustrated.
I have seen positive changes in the maintenance staff. Personally all my request for things to be fixed has been done in a timely manner. I even got a new kitchen faucet and my carpet cleaned for renewing. (Something I was going to do anyway)
I just want to say keep up the good job guys (and ladies) there are residents here that appreciate the job that you do!

I have to disagree with your review of the staff. I thought the staff was terrible and I mean the CURRENT staff that has been there for the past year. The maintenance people are so slow at responding IF they even respond it is asinine. And the job they do is often half-assed and sloppy. Yes, they walk around and keep the grounds clean but where are they when your apartment is flooding or your garbage disposal is backing up or you have so much mold in your apartment you can't even breath? Oh yeah, they are out picking up garbage ignoring tenants REAL problems. The office staff.....jeeze. What can I say about them? So they are being blamed for things that happened before Holland but what about things THEY ARE there for? They are the most unresponsive bunch of idiots I have ever come across. A few of them are professional and seem to be OK but most of the leasing people are just plain stupid. I think they hire them for their looks and nothing else because you feel like you have to dumb yourself down about 50 IQ points to be able to communicate with them. To sum it all up, this place is horrid and the staff is TERRIBLE.
