It looks like there are 2 listings for this apartment, so here's what I put in the other one.

I don't know where to begin. They never answer the phones. If you do call and get the answering machine, hang up and call again and again. Do not leave a message. They don't return calls. Eventually if you keep calling back, they will answer the phone.

The people in the office aside from -------, who I really like, everyone is just sucks. They don't know what they are doing. They are unprofessional and they make you feel very small. Also, if you decide to go to the office after work, they are supposed to close at 6pm on the weekdays, but they seem to close early. Then you are coming home from work at try to get there as fast as you can and get there at 5:45, you'd expect that someone would be there, but the door is locked. Happened to us on dozens of occasions.

Maintenance people are really nice and get here promptly as long as the management office puts the work order in at the time requested. I've had to call a lot to make sure it was put in. They say give them 3 days. If 3 days come and go it's because they didn't put it in.

If you don't mind horrible management, then this is a nice place to live. Quiet, beautiful, but just be aware that you will be frustrated with the unprofessional, not so bright staff except for -------. If you want something done, ask for her. She is really nice and knows what's up.

Oh yea, parking is a nightmare here. Always full. Best to get a carport or garage for guaranteed parking.
