Stopped by to check out the place. Grounds are not clean, with garbage laying around, especially near mail boxes and garbage areas. Buildings are very densely packed, with narrow roads that lack walkways. The manager I spoke with (a Spanish looking woman) was looking at me as at another nuisance, could't wait to get rid of me (it was time to close, BUT...). I would not keep this employee for another minute. Holland Residential knows better (lol) so they keep loosing properties they manage (last example I'm aware of is Bella Vista).
After reading the remarks I will efinitely not coming back.
