Holy crap, this place is the ghetto of Bellevue. I've lived in quite a few apartments in my time but never in one this crime ridden, especially considering the area its in. As other reviews have mentioned this is THE place in Bellevue to get your stereo stolen out of your car. I should know, it happened to me. Just three days after living here I was hanging out by my apartment and someone offered me coca and mota. (spanish for crack and weed to those not in the know) Not that I don't appreciate friendly neighbors but thats a bit much. Oh, and don't even get me started on the projects style screaming matches some of these families have in their apartments in the middle of the night. Or the people blasting their stereo at midnight on a weeknight that I had to call the cops on three times. Oh did I mention the apartments have a lot of storage' greaaaatttttt....
