Palisades had a phony/pleasant voice answering your calls. You'll feel like you found a little piece of heaven. Look harder. This place is falling apart and all of your complaints once you've signed the contract will be futile. It's easy to find drugs, prostitution and anything else of the sort but just try and find peace and you'll be sadly discouraged.
