everything about this apt is terrible. it looks ok when you go into the apt, but once you've moved in that's where ALL your problems begin. the maintenance and management crew is the worst i've ever experienced. the complex also tries to hide the blemishes and expects the tenant to do the "leg work" if something needs to be done. now they're raising the rent because of the renovation and it's still the same crappy dump! apartment has a lot of issues about mold & mildew because they're old buildings. if there was a negative number for rating...that's what i would give it.
