We did have issues at this complex. From car alarms, to early (6am) morning serenades from the neighbor's car stereos while they were working on their vehicles, but the management was very friendly and really did their best to solve our problems.

When stupid people would park in our assigned spots, we would call the maintenance number and Art would come over and wait for the tow truck to show up, even if we called late at night.

Whenever we had issues with our neighbors (the serenades/excessive horn honking to pick people up (use your cell phones people)) we would let Tracy know and he would put a nice big notice on their door telling them to cut it out.

When we left, it was due to the fact that they were renovating our apartment, and increasing the cost. In the past year or so that we have been living at another apartment complex, we have asked Tracy for help on 2 separate occasions, and he has happily obliged both times (supplying reference information, etc.).

The laundry facilities in our building were always immaculate (once the family with 4 kids moved), and even then it seemed like they were cleaned on a daily basis (building F)

The other thing that made us very happy was that we were refunded all of our deposits when we left, even though we did damage the counter tops, and our puppy ate a hole in the carpet (in the middle of the entryway no less). They said it was because they were replacing everything anyways, but I know some management companies who would have wrung every last dollar from our deposit regardless of that.

Two other things to watch out for: One of my cars was broken into, however there was thankfully nothing of value in it at the time. This used to be a common ocurrence, however, hopefully it has gone down in frequency as they have rennovated the apartments and increased the rates. The parking lot where we lived was well lit except on the outside line parallel to the next complex over (Foothill Commons), which is where our car was parked when it was broken into. The second thing that kind of bothered us was that residents of the apartment complex next to us (Foothill Commons) would come to our complex to use the pool, as well as other facilites provided for "Palisades" residents only. Not really the Palisades fault but it irritated us.

Overall this really is a good complex to live in, if only because of Tracy and Art. They both went above and beyond to make sure we were very happy there. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
