Currently I live in this complex.

It has been an interesting experience to say the least.

Although our complex is newly renovated there are much problems with moldy windows (which is definately manageable if you stay on top of it), there was a lot of rusty water problems when we first moved in but it has gotten a lot better since.

A lot of the problem is the neighbors giving us loud music serenades at 2-3 am in the morning, car alarms going off, loud neigbors keeping you up till all hours of the morning and car honking at 5 am for people that are picking other people up..

however TRACY is one of the apt workers (i personally think he should be the manager) is awesome..

if you experience any problems go in and talk to him he will make sure the problem gets taken care of!

The apartment has a great fitness center!! Good parking availalbe for guests and if you have more than one vehicle..

the apt complex is great about ensuring vehicles get towed if they are parked in your spot!! The laundry rooms are kept clean and in good shape!! gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
