Tracy is really nice! Apt is decent!

My husband and I moved in last November.

At first, we were a little skeptical because of the previous reviews from past tenants.

We decided to talk to the current tenants, and everyone we talked to said it was nice and quiet.

We decided to move-in, and since then, the apartment hasn't given us too many problems.

The most common problem we have is mold and the dampness, but I think it's a common problem in WA.

The windows aren't double-pane so it stays cold in the winter so you will need to use the space heater.

Tracy, one of the employees, is really nice.

He goes out of his way to help you with whatever you need.

On a previous rating, someone referred to him as "shady, bald guy".

Tracy is not shady at all.

He's been nothing but kind and helpful to my husband and I.

He's very easy-going.

I'm not too sure of the manager there.

I usually don't want to deal with her because she seems very unapproachable, but I usually wait until Tracy is there if I need to ask them anything.

He's the only one that really does his job.

I think the other apartment complexes that we live next to is more noisy than the other tenants.
