We've lived here for about a year now, and at first move in, the place looked and felt like home.

It looks new from the outside, and the staff will make sure you know they are newly remodeled.

So, first off, you'll love it, but DON'T GET SUCKED IN.

Here's why:

1) MOLD.

It is awful.

I've never had an allergy to mold before, but we noticed in November, the mold got VERY BAD.

The apartment has single-pane windows which means precipitation gets through easily.

Even when we tried to clean it, it came right back.

It's been in our apartment, everywhere, for 8 months.

I've had an awful cough for 8 months and it's due to mold.

The apartment did NOTHING about it.

They said that in our lease it points out we're responsible, but when we explained how it's everywhere, they never did anything about it.

It was completely awful.

2) Neighbors.

We had a big problem with our neighbors.

We heard everything, all the time.

Anything from early early morning (3 am) sex, to daily bathroom visits, to 2 am fights...

we could hear everything.

Every time we went to management, they just sent letters.

For 12 months.

Every time, they said to keep letting them know when we had issues, and they basically waited until their lease was up to say "We aren't going to re-sign them".

It was completely awful.

3) Recycling.

We pay for recycling every month, and our recycling hasn't been picked up since November.

Since our move in last August, our recycling got picked up twice.

TWICE in basically a year.

We've constantly asked management to take care of it, and again, with them, nothing happens.

We are down to earth people...

low maintenance.

We just like to live in a place where we can come home and have it clean and quiet.

The management has done nothing to make our lives easier.

Be aware of this complex, it looks good from the outside, but as soon as you move in, everything falls apart.

Oh, by the way, it's way over priced.

Seriously...quit complaining! This is apartment living! If you have the money, buy a home! If you dont have the money, then shut up.
