YES the mold is a major problem.

Since single paned windows there is condensation that you can't get rid of for like 8 months out of the year, which leads to mold all around the windows, in the corners, and the bathroom ceiling.

The electricity bill is over $200 a month and it's still freezing! The bathroom fan/vent thingy makes noise but doesn't suck up anything, and they won't fix it.

Our roof was leaking bad and they wouldn't do anything about it, we just had to live with buckets covering half our dining and dump them in the middle of the night.
The kitchen is remodeled and nice though! fixtures are nice and modern

Neighbors we haven't had a problem with except that window placement is -------- so that no matter where you are some one can always see you unless you close all the blinds, it's like you're on tv!

Parking not an issue

Amenities ok but we're not leasing it for the clubhouse.

Oh and don't receive any packages (of value or electronics) there cuz if they go to the club house and Traci signs for them then you'll never see them

They paint the outside one summer then replace siding the next! then they re do the sidewalks and driveways which are fine- the only thing they REALLY need to do is replace the WINDOWS!!!!!!! and fix some minor things that come up
