These apartments are very old. Walls and windows are very thin meaning, hard to get good heating in winter and you can hear everything your neighbors are talking abt.! Every time you turn on the taps (be it in restrooms or kitchen) you are welcomed with couple of minutes of muddy water. You will start to see mold in restrooms in couple of months. They closed the pool in summer too citing some weird reasons. The rent is high compared to all other apartments in the vicinity.
That aside, management is ok; they respond to the issues in less than couple of days. Lots of guest/visitor parking places.
