The Park in Bellevue is actually a very nice community. The new management seems to be extremely helpful and responsive. Several of my neighbors have actually lived here for more than a decade and will tell you they simply love it!! I have not been here that long but can assure you that this persons opinions are not the majority. My apartment is very spacious with new appliances. The one time I did need maintenance they were very prompt and efficient. If you're looking for a place close to downtown Bellevue and want a beautiful park like setting, make sure you check it out and form your own opinion.
