These are large apartments with fairly decent construction. Located near downtown Bellevue, the location is nice but I?ve had to drive though all the construction to get to work so I?m considering leaving. Overall, the place is fairly nice though, and I?d recommend checking it out. It certainly is spacious enough, with vaulted ceilings and lots of storage. You can get top notch DSL and cable at this location.



My main complaints about this apartment are that it is noisy and the parking situation is bad. You won?t really hear your immediate neighbors, but the parking lot in front seems to double as a playground/skate park for the kids at the complex, and it does get irritating having to be extra careful to dodge small children learning to ride bicycles every time you park your car. Also the parking situation is poor. Guest parking is so far away people will get lost trying to find your apartment, and if you have a second car, be prepared to hike to it. There?s no good spot to load/unload things either, and moving in was a pain. The kitchen is spacious but doesn?t have a microwave. The "deck" is more of a little porch and you won?t be having a BBQ on it.



Overall, a nice place with a few minor problems.
