Buyer Be-Aware!

If you like $200 rent increases, pay $50 to use their tiny common-room for 3 hours, pay water bills whether you use it or not, no place to park after 5PM, welcome to "the Park."

Also they won't tell you about the $100 mo-to-mo fees, or the fixed water/garbage fees until you sit down to sign your lease. SURPRISE!

So, all i can say is... buyer be aware!
