I am a current resident that lives downstairs. A mistake, I know, but since these are old apartments, you hear every footstep, which shakes the windows and doors. Visitor parking is almost non-existent because residents are only allowed one parking spot. The apts still use baseboard heaters in the bedrooms, so heating bills are expensive in the winters. Rent is expensive and increases are abundant because of the location.

There are some benefits, however. Bedroom sizes are large, full size washer and dryers in the units, wood fireplace and non-white walls! The staff is responsive and helpful whenever I've dealt with them.
