Don't be fool with relatively cheaper leasing fee! There are enough reasons for that.
This apartment is very very old construction and has very noisy environment.
If you want to move here, you must be happy to be waken up in the middle of night due to all kinds of noise from the street and neghbors.
Also, this property is not maintained well, everything can be broken easily with your finger tip!
However, don't go talk to manager about your complaints. She is too busy to listen your issue and she is probably saying to you "I never heard that before" if you keep bringing issues. She is very ignorant! She always try to protect herself, but never try to help residents. And all of office people will be mean after you signed the contract!
One more! If you want to move in this apartment, don't ever think about ordering on-line! Your order will be stolen very easily. However, manager will say that she never heard about this issue before, because she never listen what you are saying!!

I'm sorry to hear someone thinks that we are not here to take care of them. If you don't come to us with issues, then we cannot fix them. We have onsite staff and maintenance 7 days a week. If we know there is a problem, we address them right away. An issue from this resident was brought up about the package, we had not had the issue previously and it was immediately discussed with the staff so that any future occurances would be avoided. Accepting packages is a service we offer, but does not have to be utilized by the resident if they choose not to.

I have lived here in the Park for over three years and ordered packages through both Ebay and Amazon numerous times. I have had packages arrive at peak season (Christmas) and also during the slower periods and never had a package lost. While accidents can happen, I just wanted to throw my two cents in that package security has never been a concern of mine as a resident.
