TURN BACK WHILE YOU STILL HAVE TIME!!!

Okay, after reading this, you will ask why did we stay there for 2 1/2 years. The answer is location. If you work in Bellevue and don't want to commute - it's in a perfect spot. I will admit that the apartments are pretty spacious, although the layouts are odd, and there is not enough storage. On your initial walkthrough, the quality will seem pretty good too - there is fresh paint, newer appliances and cabinet facing. They will suck you in with their "specials", but don't let the golf carts fool you - after you move in, here is what you find out:
1. You better like curry, cuz the neighbors cook it 24/7 and it fills your apartment.
2. You better like loud mexican rap music at 3am.
3. The ammeneties are unkempt and they let the landscaping go to helland the grass die in the summer.
4. The buildings are so old that the water that comes out of the faucets the first 10 seconds is BROWN!!
5. You will be finding long black hairs and other unspeakable remnants of past inhabitants in unbelievable places.
6. The construction is beyond sucking - and they don't even clean before they just slap paint all over everything.
7. The cabinets and drawers were only REFACED, not REPLACED - they will fall apart.
8. The bathrooms will start to ooze an orange goo from the ceilings and walls and even mold over if you let it go about a month!
9. They have spotlights on the buildings to light the grounds but don't care if it is shining directly into your bedroom from the building accross!
10. CAUTION TO GROUND FLOOR!! - There is no crawl space under these buildings. During the wet season, the water collects and you will start to find a roller coaster in your kitchen and bathroom and dark black mold spots on your carpet. The only good thing is, the managment will move you to a bigger a partment for the same cost if you keep quiet about it!
