I've been living at Colony Woods for over two and a half years now, and I can honestly say things have gotten A LOT better than they were when I first moved in. There's a security guard here at night, so the large crowds of beer bottle throwers have disappeared. All of the neighbors that were loud that I complained about either moved out or maybe were kicked out. They finally got some new gym equipment - and WOW - there are street lights so I can actually find my way to my apartment at night! They lowered my rent when I renewed my lease and I even got a month free. The apartments are old - what can you expect' Buy a water filter is your water is brown. The staff is pretty cool and they try to help out whenever you need something done in your place. All apartments I've lived at have charged me up the wazoo when I moved out... don't like it' Buy a house. It's a fricken apartment people - your expectations are too high!
