I've lived there for 2 years and a Half, and because it was a hassle to move out we decided to stay, if you want to leave, even when is because your lease is finish, they ask you to notifiy this before the 20th of the month, it is really pathetic the way they keep the landscape, and if they spray water twice a year that is too much.
The service is pretty bad, they always have the perfect dumb excuse to say it's even not posible or forget about it, I had to leave an they are still giving me a hard time to have a letter to get another aparment, they want my lanlord to call them and ask for it, seems like a national security thing.
I reported a problem with my water heater, so my carpet got screwed, they never replace it neither clean it up, they took 18 months to replace the doors of my Washer and dryer closet.
They show you only the good apparments ut when you move in it is a pain and a nightmare to live inside.
Please if you need to live in Bellevue go to another place!
