I stayed a year and a half, no problem so far until last october, they told me that the rent was increasing by $120 per month because I did not reniew my contract. They told me that they put the new contract on my door. I NEVER got it on my door, they never sent it by mail, and they did not even call me to make sure I got it or not. They said it is "your word against ours". They told me that there will always be people who can pay $960 a month for a one bedroom and that I can leave anytime, which I did. They are not polite, they are very rude and are disrecpectful with their clients. They talked to us with a condescendent voice.They obviously don't understand customer service.
