Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
Well where to being. The staff are very rude when you have a problem. They love to make up stuff to take your deposit go away. Generally crap. Did not fix the tennis court for 1 year and is still not fixed. Said there was no budget for it. CRAP
Bedroom damaged by leaking rain thay tried to fix it 3 or 4 times and it got worse but thay charged me from my deposit when i left for the damage. What nice people.
When Moved in to the apartment there was no screen doors i did not now there was ment to be any. Again when i moved out thay charged me for 3 screen doors that was never there.
(Got a refund after a lovely meeting with there staff at colony woods)(THEY WHERE RUDE)
I told all at my work (Microsoft) Not to go there trust me. If you go you will regret it.
The positive feedback for this place HAS to be made up by them because its so far from the truth its unreal.
I'm warning you, please don't go.
Moved out after 6 months thay put the rent up after 6 months from 980 to 1080 so i left.
