Been here long time. New name, new owner, most same staff. Looks like doing upgrades soon. Try make things better. Sounds good to me. Manager and maintenance run fast to you if you say toilet "sweating" and they make you sign things that you will clean up water in your commode. Shouldn't have to clean, but they get you fast now calling right away like scared. Nice people in office. Refer colleagues and they pay you. Renew lease and they pay you. They pay you to live here. Very Good.

Not sure if you are staff in that screwed up apartment. I wonder how you can give such a rating to a third class apartment with a staff who are no better than thugs
