Colony Woods OR Piedmont whatever the name is, I would genuinely request you to not even think about moving into this complex.
I am living here for more than 8 months and just waiting for the lease to be over.
Apartment leak is common here. DON'T FALL TO THE TRAP OF "NEW ROOFING". The apartments are very old, there are lots of cases of MOLD here. So if you are having kids, think twice.
Don't get surprised if you receive a bill for added rent for past months of your stay.
Parking is a nightmare, if your neighbour has more than one car.
You don't have highspeed cable here, The T1-line provided here is as good as dialup connection.
I have not seen a single positive point to stay in this complex.
