I moved into "Piedmond" apartments because they seemed really nice when I first arrived there and the front office is beautiful. I was showed a model that was also beautiful. When I actually moved in though, the apartment didn't look anything like what I had been shown. The roof started leaking and my next door neighbors were clearly right "next" door because I could practically hear everything they were doing anytime they came home.

I don't think I've ever seen the manager...if there is one there. The front gals seem really nice, but sometimes I don't get helped when I walk in, they just make me wait in their office for awhile even when I say that I've got to be at the office in 15 minutes I'm still asked to wait until they get off the phone or whatever else they're doing. The other manager seems nice at first but one month I came in late (and I realized it because I'd been on vacation), and she didn't even give me a break although I have been paying my rent on time every month until that one time! The same time I was in there paying my late fees I tried to get her to help me get something fixed in my apartment. Even now (4 1/2 weeks later) I haven't seen anyone from maintenance.

Although we try and help everyone that we can. Sometimes since we are a large property it does take a few moments to handle everyones needs. As there is only one of you, there are also 400 other residents living at Piedmont. We apologize if it took us a few moments to get to you. Also, in regards to the way the apartment looks, we take pride in our apartments. If you wish for your apartment to look identical, you may go to Ikea for similar decorations. I would hope that if your roof was leaking you would let someone know, as of right now we have no reports of roofs leaking. Although we sympathize with you being out of town. It is like any bill. It needs to be paid on time, or else there will be a late fee. May I suggest next time you leave a post dated check. Hope your stay gets better and please submit another work order if you feel like you are still haveing problems with your home.
