I just wanted to write a good comment for Piedmont since everyone else seems to be unhappy when they come on here. I moved here to Piedmont about a month and a half ago. So far, I love it. I have paid my rent on time as I understand there are always late fees if you pay anything late. (credit cards, collections, doctor bills) You can't blame someone else for you not being responsible enough to pay your bills. I understand that it can get loud with the kids, they seem to like to play right outside my patio. Yeah it can get annoying but I understand that they are kids and that is what kids do. You can't stop them from being kids but the parents could use a little more discipline with their kids. I just wanted to let people know that are really looking for an apartment that these apartments are really good. The only time you would ever have a problem is if you don't pay your rent on time. So I recommend this complex!
